OK so my friend wants a budget desktop where he can play some games high settings not important, just playable. I fortunately work at Goodwill. We get computers every now and again and Most of the time we recycle them. However after building a computer I have started stripping off stuff and buying them. They really have no idea about computers so they MODESTLY price this stuff. So with the said I have a few things that I obtained MUCH cheaper than retail price.

But basically I just want to make sure that there is no glaring bottlenecking, that I have sufficient parts to play most games (again not necessarily high settings), that the stuff is compatible, and lastly I have a nice power supply, but I would like to know if a 350 watt would work for this. Thank you for any input!
ASRock X79 Extreme 6
Rosewill BLACKHAWK-ULTRA Gaming Super Tower Computer Case
Corsair Hydro Series H100
Intel Core i7 Extreme Edition i7-3960X
2 x Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 OC 3GB DDR5
ASUS PCI-Express x1 Sound Card

Supposedly the case is enormous, but the reviews on the H100 all talk about problems getting it to fit in some cases. I'm also hoping based on the recommendation here that I'll be able to fit the two 7970's and still have a slot for the sound card. So will it?

Ok so here it is I had built myself a gaming computer in 2005 ish and it was great... But it's time to upgrade as there are some games out that I would like to play (diablo3) and my rig simply cannot play it. My old case should be fine as well as the monitor, the hd (which was upgraded last year sometime) and possibly the power source. The rest of the stuff prolly need to be changed here is what I have

Motherboard: ASUS A8N SLI Delux

Processor: AMD Athalon 64 Processor 4000+ 2412 Mhrz 1 core

GPU: NVIDIA Geforce 7800 GTX

Power Source: Seasonic SS 430HB Active PFCF3

Now I would like to have this build be in a reasonable price range as I do have some expenses that are going to eat up my spending budget for a while (trip to Vegas)

These are the part's I'm looking at buying within the next week. Just wanted to make sure everything worked together and to get an opinion on things that can be changed, etc. There only thing in weary about it the 6850. I feel it'll be overkill on my 1280x1024 monitor. But I want to be able to play games at Max or Ultra settings, such as Crysis and Metro 2033, possibly Battlefield, and the upcoming Project C.A.R.S. I'm going to reuse my 1TB hard drive and CD/DVD-Rom drive.
EDIT - Man this art book is AMAZING. Oh my gosh, I cannot read further into the book or watch the behind the scenes because it has spoiler stuff in it about the plot. So I am struggling on whether or not I should look at them or watch it.

I just built a rig from the previous tier 5 set. I got it all together, installed windows 7 and I will intermittently get BSODs for no apparent reason.

I have gotten errors from MEMORY_MANAGEMENT to IRQL_ and SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and more. I can't figure out anything going on.

I have tried installing windows 3 times. I have updated all the drivers I could think of and still it happens. I have tried a memtest and reseating all the components. Also taking out what isn't used.

Sometimes the computer is fine, other times it can't get past the login screen. Yesterday I played all day, today I can't do anything. I've had the computer a week and a half and can't get anything figured out. It seems to be dumb luck to work.

This is my first build and I'm getting really frustrated. I don't know where to turn anymore. I'm too close to just chucking it off a balcony myself along with it.

Components:
i5-2500
Asrock Z68 Extreme 3 Gen 3
saphire radeon HD 6950 2GB
Corsair 8Gb DDR3 Ram
120GB Mushkin SSD
Rosewill Hive-550 PSU
Cooler Master Silencio 550 Case
Corsair Air Series A50 CPU Cooler
Asus PCI 5.1 Channel Sound Card Xonar - both with and without this
