Budget PC for World of Warcraft?

RE: Budget PC for World of Warcraft?
Re: the CPU fan. Yes it got plugged into the 4-pin header on the motherboard, and I have enabled cool and quiet in the BIOS. The only way I seem to be able to get the CPU fan speed to change is manually by lowering the "Target CPU FAN speed" setting in the OC Tuner program. I'm hesitant to do much with this as I not sure how this option behaves - will the CPU fan speed up above this setting if it starts getting too warm? The other thing is that even setting down to "5" makes a negligable dent in the overall fan noise.

Re the noisy fan - I am thinking the same thing about a fan controller. But holding off for a bit. I'm waiting to see how the temps are now that I have the CPU down in the computer desk.
