Strange Hiss!
I recently started hearing a very light hiss coming from my tower hard to point where the sound is coming from. Recently I installed Star Craft 2 and although it plays fine no hiccups what so ever the hiss become very loud when its on. Any ideas? The build is pretty new but getting older I don't have much time left if I need to RMA.

Besides this I haven't noticed any performance issues.

Probably screaming capacitors in your video card. Nothing to worry about but if you want to get rid of the noise you can RMA it.

Upon further listening I belive its the PSU, as I me an my roomate listened and both swore thats were it was coming from.. Any hints how to make sure I've isloated the sound before I RMA it? Only to find out it was the GPU, MOBO etc.

Easy, take the GPU out and boot it up without the monitor plugged in. If the screaming is still there then it's the PSU. I'm assuming that you get some noise even when it's not being stressed.
