Windows 8.1 OEM vs Full Version
I know that the recommendation listings show Win 8.1 OEM, but will there be issues with that with regards to upgrading to Win 10 in the future? I read somewhere that Microsoft does not intend OEM for individuals building PC's for their own personal use. Just want to make sure I'm not screwing myself over with my first build.

Gracias!

It's a full license, it's what manufacturers such as HP, Dell and Lenovo install on their PCs before selling them to you. You should have no problem upgrading to Windows 10.

For free though? I know one of the selling points for Win 10 was that it would be "free" for Win 7 & 8 users. Does that "free" include OEM users?
