Computer Starts But Turns Off After 5 Seconds

RE: Computer Starts But Turns Off After 5 Seconds
I tried jumping the front panel switch. It started, but had the same powering-off-and-cycling-forever problem.

My new PSU arrived this morning. I installed it, and it still has the exact same problem. Plus I don't like this new PSU as much as my old one Sad

So here's where I'm at: the next thing to replace is probably the motherboard. My processor is an intel i5-2500k, which is LGA 1155. The only motherboard that's LGA 1155 p67 (for overclocking) that I see on newegg is the ASRock one that I linked earlier, and which gets terrible reviews. It's fairly inexpensive, but it may also be lousy. Should I buy it and try it? Or should I just say, eff this, and get a new LGA 1150 processor and motherboard? I'd probably get an i5 4690k, and a motherboard to match. What do y'all think?

Mainstream(ish) Gaming PC: CPU: Intel i5-2500k, overclocked to 4.4 GHz, Corsair CAFA70 keeping me below 42C at all times Motherboard: MSI P67A-C43 RAM: GSkill 8GB DDR3 1333 MHz Video Card: PowerColor Radeon 6850 Storage: Samsung F3 1TB Case: Cooler Master CM690 II PSU: Antec TP650 Bronze Audio: ASUS Xonar DG Upgrades I'm Considering: SSD when I can get 200GB for ~ $200 (looks like it's finally time for this upgrade! Now who wants to give me 200$??)
