I don't care for that brand at all but its cheap enough and probably a safer bet then ebay. I never liked their voltage regulator circuitry. I could go into detail but it would take some time and space. Supermicro is the best I have seen as far as quality and design but they lack enthusiast features. I have many Supermicro P7C67 motherboard's in the field and they are excellent.

You should pull the power button leads off the front panel pins on board and short them with a small flat head screw driver, just to rule that power switch out as well. It will.start right up when you touch the exposed pins

I would never trust a suspect CPU heatsink by just looking at it in the case for what its worth.

What are the system specs?
