Performance drops, looks like throttling but i'm not convinced
Hi everyone, I'm having a rather perplexing issue with my laptop. When I'm playing a game and the GPU usage (NOT temperature) gets too high, it throttles the GPU clock. The graph below shows the gpu activity/clockspeed as I'm playing a game, the flatlines are from alt-tabbing to the desktop. BUT the section in the middle had the game running windowed at 720p rather than 1080p, and didn't experience any drops in performance. The temp was sitting on 82 the whole time.
