Posted my first build a few weeks ago, but had to change it due to monetary restraints. What do you guys think of this?

Looks good to me.

All you changed is removing the sound card and CPU cooler? On-board sounds is fine for gaming, and you just won't be able to overclock very much with the stock cooler. Neither are a big deal, and you can always add them in later.
