New build won't turn on
I'm building a computer for my nephew and have run into a problem. The computer won't turn on. I've tried everything I can think of but nothing worked. When I try to turn it on, the fans spin for a second, shut down and then nothing. It's as if the computer is not trying to boot at all. I've completely disconnected everything, removed the motherboard from the case and tried to boot, the same thing happens. The only things that were installed were the RAM, the CPU and cooler and the graphics card. I even tried to remove the graphics card and connect the monitor to the onboard graphics, still nothing. Help!! Here is the build. It's a tier3 build down the line.
