New build won't turn on
This seems to be a familiar theme. Here's the build:

CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge 3.5 GHz
MOBO: Gigabyte Intel GA-Z77X-UD5H LGA1155
RAM: Corsair 16GB (2x8GB)
Video Card: Radeon HD7770 2GB
Storage: Two Seagate Barracuda 1TB in Raid 1
Optical Drive: LG SATA 24x DVD Burner
Power Supply: Seasonic X-650 650W 80+ Gold
Case: Antec P280 ATX Mid Tower
Cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Sound: ASUS Xonar DGX 5.1 PCI-E 1x

I did a test boot out of the case and everything worked fine with the MOBO, CPU, RAM and video card. I assembled everything in the case and tried to turn on the computer using the power switch on top of the case and nothing. I know the MOBO is getting power because its on/off switch lights up. I disconnected and reconnected all the LED cables, power switch cable and reset switch cable at least 5 times, still nothing. Any ideas?

RE: New build won't turn on
As Emily Litella used to say "Nevermind". I figured it out. DVD wasn't properly connected to the power supply causing the problem.

Does it boot when you push the power button on the motherboard?

Do you have the case power switch leads on the correct pins?

Glad you figured it out. Your reply posted while I was typing my reply.
