And no, that one kit above that you linked to wouldn't work, voltage requirements are above the standard 2.5V for DDR.

That's pretty much it. RAM is easy to replace, other components can't or aren't worth an upgrade, considering how old that PC is.

If you want to change her PC eventually, considering the Web PC: http://www.hardware-revolution.com/web-pc/
