My 3930k, which is a hotter running CPU than ivy bridge or Haswell runs at 37 C with my NH-D14, two front 140 mm fans and one rear 140 mm fan. The PSU pulls from the bottom of the case.

Since I think you are running a stock cooler, you can get cooler temps by going with an aftermarket cooler.

Even so, your temps are not too hot as it stands.

The question is: Are these temperatures at idle (when you aren't doing much with the pc) or at load (Gaming, benchmark, demanding program)?
