Mobo/Chipset question
A friend's computer has an Intel G630 Dual Core processor and was wanting to upgrade to an i5-4670. What I'm wondering, is will there be an issue with compatibility since the G630 uses a LGA1155 chipset, and the i5 uses LGA1150? Thanks.

Mobo/Chipset question
Yeah, unfortunately that setup would not work. Pin seating must match. An LGA1155 for a 1155 chip. Haswell changed architectures so its now split off from SB/IB/anything 1155.
