Me too. Smile Your starting car in Grid 2.

What's cool is how a lot of games make use of the screens, even in the menus. There's stuff you wouldn't even notice without it. Was also surprised at the number of titles that support surround natively now.

Very excited to actually play on it! Stupid job....

Great price and good reviews for: IPS, 23", 1920x1080, LED-backlit monitor. $169 each when I pulled the trigger.

The only con I can think of is the stand, which is limited to tilt, not VESA compatible. But it's nothing a stack of old textbooks, painted block of wood, or a descent desk can't fix. The closest monitors with better stands where $100 more or lacked good IPS panels.

Yeah, it was not an easy sell. Just tell her, with triple the monitors, you'll only need 1/3 the time to game? I still have to sell her on a pair of 780's...

Actually, I'll probably go AMD if I upgrade GPUs. I don't like the way Surround emulates one giant monitor in Windows. It makes some of the non-gaming stuff annoying.

E.g.
Snapping to the edge of screens doesn't work.
If you right-click on the taskbar, the popup shows up on top-left, of the left-most monitor?
Remote desktop keeps crashing.

All of it is not enough to impact a major decision, but it's enough to go Team Red, all else being equal.

Thanks for the info. Checked the price and it is now $159.99 each. The description says it is frameless, how big is the bezel?

RE: Now with Surround!
Not sure if this response is too late to still be useful, but:

It's "frame-less" when the screen is off. Smile That seems popular these days.

Still a pretty thin bezel, about .8 - .9 cm if I had to guess. (not in front of them now)

Price appears to be back down to $139 on Amazon.
