Computer losing boot drive occasionally

RE: Computer losing boot drive occasionally
I was able to read the blue screen when it just crashed and it said Kernel-data-inpage-error. In my research I found this means that a requested page of kernel data from the paging file could not be read into memory.

I also noticed a lot of noise from the hard drive when it booted up. The paging file must be residing where there is a bad sector on the hard drive. At least I now know the problem is with the hard drive, so I am going to do more testing.

I imaged this drive when I first installed everything a few weeks ago. I think I will restore the image to a different drive in the computer if my testing finds this drive is failing. I keep no data on this drive and I de-activated my Photoshop installation, so if it fails it is no lost data.
