I don't think you'll ever need 32 GB of RAM for gaming unless you're hosting a server. Also, Hyper-Threading is useless in gaming.
Unless this is a bundle I suggest you go with an i5, 16 GB RAM, the Gigabyte mobo and the GTX 690(or 2 680's)
