Error upon booting Windows 7

Error upon booting Windows 7
I am currently trying to boot and install Windows 7 from usb but I'm getting the error message:

STOP: c0000006 The instruction at 0x%p referenced memory at 0x%p. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0x%x.

I should also note that I followed the Tier 2 build. I've taken one of the memory sticks out to see if it would install with 2GB and I've tried multiple changes in the BIOS.
I really have no idea of what to do or how to fix this. Also, this is my first ever build so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update: I've noticed that once the screen says 'Starting Windows,' my hard drive stops spinning. The leads me to believe that this error is some kind of hd problem either connection or hardware.

RE: Error upon booting Windows 7
Am wondering if you have multiple drives and do not have the right drive selected in BIOS to be the first drive read? Just a SWAG- others may know better.
