New Build, Update bios?
So question. I'm getting this motherboard:

ASRock Z68 PRO3 GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Now I know after I build this computer I want to get the newest drivers for the video card, sound, windows updates, etc... But do I need to (or should I) flash the bios sometime during this process?

It is not necessary unless you have problems that a bios upgrade solves. I always update the bios to most current when I build a computer, although 50% of the time I would be fine not.

Yes, exactly what was mentioned. Typically bios updates fix a particular problem, but not everyone has that problem. Only update the mobo bios if you are experiencing a particular issue that the bios update adresses. Sometime that may even mean downgrading it as well, but would recommend you get a bit of advice on forums such as these before going any direction. Otherwise best to leave it be.
