Need Help
I have a serious problem ( i think )

My case has 4 fans. 2 on top 1 on front and 1 on back.

Each of these have 3 pin connections.

I'm confused because theres CHA_FAN 3 / CHA_FAN 2 and PWR_FAN 1 , each of them having 3 pin connections.

That leaves the last fan , theres a CHA_FAN 1 but its a 4 pin.

There are no other fan connections on my mobo.

Also each of the fans have some sort of flat head 4 pin thing , which I couldn't figure out where they plug into.

My Motherboard

EDIT: Can I plug one of em in CPU_FAN 2? Will it work?
Cool I like to wear sunglasses at night .. People think I just like Corey Hart , but that's just their opinion. Cool

Yes.

You can also plug a 3-pin fan header into a 4-pin connection on the board. Just align that little notch on the motherboard connector and on the fan header.

Those are an alternative source of power, that can be plugged into the power supply.

VERY IMPORTANT: Plug either the 3-pin header into the motherboard or the 4-pin to the power supply. NOT BOTH.
