That would defeat the purpose, anything recording while benchmarking is likely to reduce performance. How about using a camera instead?

Yea. Just didnt know if there was a good program to record average frame rates or other performance benchmarks over a period of time

fraps for game benchmarkin(if the game doesnt have a benchmark built in). some overhead but not much in benchmarking. more in movie making.
