Question  need to add a video card to my ASUS pc
My pc specs. It had only 4MB ram, I have already added 4MB more.

I am pretty sure I need to upgrade my power supply in order to add a video card.

A friend gave me a couple links to read about upgrading video card and power supply on this site, but the power supply I was looking at is no longer available and the video card will not fit in my pc. I am hoping to get these items for around $150-160, if at all possible.

I am currently playing Star Wars The Old Republic at 5 fps! Everyone is amazed at how well I do with those numbers. I just bought this pc specifically to play SWtor (shows how much I know right). I could really use some advice on what I should get.

Thank you in advance for your help!

RE: need to add a video card to my ASUS pc
You say the video card won't fit in your PC. How does it not fit? Is it too long? If it is too long, let us know the available length you have for the video card. If you are thinking it won't fit because your PC has PCI-e 2.0 x16 and the video card is PCI-e 2.1 x16, then you are in luck. The card will work fine in your PC.

A total budget of $150 for a power supply and video card will limit your choices.

So if I wanted to put this video card in my pc, what kind of power supply should I get?

Would this power supply work with my pc and the video card I mentioned in my quote?

Should do the job, I guess.
