COMODO Internet security is good too, but once you got infected with certain malware you might need to nuke the OS and backup all your data.

Ok, can you explain to me what you mean by "Nuke the OS"?
Like, re-install it?
And how would I go about doing that?

Well make sure you backup all your data. Like save games and such. Then put the windows install disc and follow directions for a clean install. I forget the exact wording. Sorry

Ok, now I'm really confused, so I completely cleared the hard drive, re-installed windows, and it's still not working properly, ideas anyone?

Uhm it shouldn't be having the same problem if you completely formatted the hd and reinstalled everything.

That is unless you reinstalled something that is causing it.

I know, that's what I thought.
Would it be a hardware problem?

RE: Games running in almost bullet time.
What about re-"nuke the OS" and install software one by one, you might catch the culprit like this.

Well, I have only installed ASC, Steam, Google Chrome, Minecraft and League Of Legends, so I don't think it's that.
