Problem installing AMD drivers.
Ok, my graphics card is a (Sapphire) Radeon HD 6870. Windows 7(64) downloaded what it thought to be the most recent, but I thought I'd check just to make sure. So I go to AMD's website and use the "Auto-detect Driver" tool. It detects the new drivers and starts to install them just fine, but midway through it blue screens and reverts to the integrated graphics.

Re: Problem installing AMD drivers.
Did you try uninstalling the old drivers then running the updater?

RE: Problem installing AMD drivers.
updater is best. you may have had 32 or doing 64 or vice versa.
Bottom right. arrow. nvidea or amd popup with update.
Beta updates might also be the reason it is still beta.

RE: Problem installing AMD drivers.
Alright guys I got it to work. I uninstalled the old AMD drivers and tried the updater thing again and it worked. My screen turned completely black for 15min. I got kinda freaked and shut off my computer. Turned it back on and the Catalyst installed just fine and I was able to fix the Underscan on my monitor through that. Thanks for the help =)
