PCI-E 1.1 Video Card?
I have the job of finding a new video card for my pop's Dell Vostro 200. The specs are:
Intel E2140 1.6GHz
Intel GMA 3100 8 MB VRAM
1GB RAM(512x2)
1x PCI-E 1.1
2x PCI-X
1x PCI
I need help finding a video card under $60 and Max performance without bottlenecking the RAM or CPU. By the way does anyone recommend a specific set of DDR2-800 RAM under $30?Thanks.

RE: PCI-E 1.1 Video Card?
A Radeon HD 6570 would be my recommendation, as it offers the best performance at that price and takes all the power that it needs from the PCI-Express 16x slot: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6814102934
The PCI-Express standard is backward compatible, so a PCI-Express 2.1 card will have no problem running on a 1.1 slot.

For the RAM, you can get a 2GB (2x1GB) kit of DDR2 800MHz for $33: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6820148163
