Gaming Speed Problem.
So, this is kind of related to gaming, but I thought it would be more appropriate here.

So, basically, whenever I start up a game, everything runs in slow-motion.
I'm getting more then enough FPS, but everything is slowed down.
I have had my computer for a while now, and it only just started doing it.

If you need any more information, I'll do my best to provide it.

Thanks in advance, Mew.

Have you installed anything recently? Updated drivers?

No, nothing, it just started doing it one day, restarting my computer sometimes fixes it, but not always, and if it does, not for long.

I am sure the answer is obviously no but do you have stuff rendering in the background?

No, thanks for trying though.
Could any hard drive errors be causing this?

RE: Gaming Speed Problem.
Sounds like an issue of some sort with your hard drive. When is the last time that you defragmented your hard drive?

Sorry for my late response, but I defraged it a week ago, but then I just defrafed it now, and it seems to have fixed it, thanks for your help.
Nevermind, it's started again.
Could my hard drive be broken?

RE: Gaming Speed Problem.
Possibly, let's figure it out.

Get Speedfan: http://www.almico.com/speedfan445.exe
Install it. Open it. Go to the S.M.A.R.T. tab. Click on the drop-down menu and select your hard drive.

Then do two things:
1- Click on "Extended Test". This will take some time to run. Go grab a glass of water, some food, etc. See if that gives you any error.
2- Perform an in-depth online analysis of this hard drive. Take a screenshot of the results and post it here.
