i7-3820
I've read a few reviews about the i73820 and the specs say it's "partially unlocked". What does that mean, and what is the Max multiplier? Im planning to upgrade to tier 10.

It's similar to the Core i5-2500 and i7-2600, you can raise its frequency by 400MHz.
