My Gaming Build.
Thanks to Mathieu, his site helped me to finalize my computer build. I had the general idea locked down on what I wanted on my PC - a 1 GB NVIDIA gpu, core i7, 4 GB RAM, etc.. - but I wasn't as smart a shopper as he is! Based on his suggestions, he helped me to cut down costs from my original choices in parts and saved me about $300!

Here are three pictures of my system. It was based off his $850 build, slightly upgraded. The specs are in my signature. Though I jumped the gun when I took photos. I don't have a picture yet of the inside with better cable management, or a higher quality photo just yet.

Thats a nice build. Is it hard to sit at your desk with that under there though?

Nice Corsair H50, but I think you mounted the fan on the wrong side. It should be blowing air through the radiator and out of the case for optimal performance.

RE: My Gaming Build.
Thanks! For my feet, there is room. For the actual desk part, not at all. I have to do my homework either on the floor or electronically as much as possible. But I already am used to doing both, so it's not a huge deal for me. At college, I'll be sure to leave desk space to do work at the actual desk.

And the H50 is mounted correctly, I believe. I feel air being blown out from the top rear of the case where that fan is mounted. I'll open it up in the next few days an double check to be sure though.

I'm pretty sure that the H50 is supposed to be mounted that way. Reason being that air from outside the case is cooler and will do a better job at cooling down the radiator, while the case top fan will exhaust the heat.

RE: My Gaming Build.
No, my mistake. I opened the case and upon looking at it more, it is indeed drawing air into the case. How are you able to tell just by the picture which way the fan is blowing??

RE: My Gaming Build.
The fan should have an arrow somewhere showing which way it's blowing.

RE: My Gaming Build.
Yes, that's how I checked when I opened the case. But you and Mathieu were able to tell it was mounted so that the air was pulled into the case and not blown out, by the picture.

RE: My Gaming Build.
Ah no I couldn't tell that. What I'm saying is that it should be positioned like this for optimal cooling:

Back of Case | Radiator | <- Fan <-
