CPU thermal paste?
I bought a phenom II x3 unlocked to x4 and I am currently running Prime95. I've seen 53,54,55 with it being 54 most of the time. Should I apply some market thermal paste in hope of lowering it a degree? Or am I alright?
... Edit: Also would it be worth it to buy a market cooler even though I am not overclocking. |

You're fine. 55C is where it can get unstable, but since you are running Prime95 you will never realistically see those temperatures.
