Web PC
I am building the web pc for my parents and have a few questions.
I used all the parts from the guide except for ram and the case.

I ended up using http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6820231394 due to recomended ram being out of stock. Will this cause a problem?

For the case I used http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6811119227 due to size constraints of their desk. This case only has the 1 fan do I need to add additional fans? Also which direction should i mount the power supply fan up or down? If it matters it will be in one of those desk with the wooden enclosure for the case.

Which guide and tier were you modeling this on? I would probably recommend 8GB of RAM over 4GB, and it's not much more to do that. As for the case, it should be a problem, but once again, which make were you modeling this on?

RE: Web PC
No problem with the RAM.

I'd mount the PSU with the fan facing up. I'd add a single exhaust fan at the back of the case (next to where the CPU will be). This is my recommendation: It's inexpensive, reliable and fairly quiet: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6835150073

RE: Web PC
Yes, you can plug the case fans straight into the power supply.

RE: Web PC
Not really, as long as it doesn't show any undesired behavior, you're fine.
