There's no real way to know....I don't have another machine that would be able to handle it, and I don't have another video card.

Were you having the same problem before RMA? If so, call them up and ask them how they tested the card before sending it back or if they tested it. They may be able to help you. I'm sorry I'm out of ideas, maybe another member may help you.

Figured it out.

You're supposed to plug in the monitor through the video card, not the motherboard's connector.

Yeah, my old computer didn't operate like that.
