SATA 3 gbs and SATA 6?
Is there any particular benefit, at this time, for using one over the other for hard drives, SSDs, and optical drives? Or for connecting anything into any particular SATA plug on the mobo?

According to the admins SATA-III is a marketing gimmick and the current write speeds aren't even approaching the limits of SATA-II yet.
