late as usual
guess I never did do this.

My name is Tim and Im an old guy Smile. Ive been in and out of computers and gaming over the decades. Im one of the original gamers I guess...I had pong when it came out lol. I owned new an atari 2600, Commodore 64(had over 1000 games), Commodore Amiga 500, 486DX2 66, Pemtium this and that, and AMD this and that. Probably left out stuff...I just forgot it. Smile Im a retired locomotive engineer(medical...32 yrs on the railroad...I was 18 when I started). I really like this site alot. Its bringing me back up to date on stuff and got my interest going again. Hope to build my 1st "modern" PC from the case up when it gets cold. Then family member PC's next.
Thats all for now.
Good nite from Big Sky country.

Plus I don't know about anybody else, but I love speaking to older people about what it was like when they were younger. For example my grandpa telling me about when he worked at sears and microwaves first came out Wink

Since you used to work on locomotives do you also have a train collection? A neighbor did some job with trains and after he retired he developed this obsession with collecting them.

Actually I have no model train stuff. But why would I when I played with the real thing Wink I am going to do a static display of some of the locomotives I operated...just havnt decided if I want N or HO gauge.
1st microwave I remember seeing in a store I was in grade school I believe. My parents got their 1st one when I was in high school...I think. But I grew up in a little town in MT so things happened slower.
