Monitor resolution
I have a Asus VE228H Monitor and a MSI Hawk GeForce GTX 560 Ti Graphics card but the highest resolution I can go to is 1280x1024. How can I get it to 1980x1080? I couldn't find any drivers for the monitor and I haven't been able to install any drivers for the graphics card. When I put in the CD that came with it, the window that shows up is cut off for whatever reason and I can't expand it. The downloadable version failed to install for me.

RE: Monitor resolution
How can you even use the card for anything gpu intensive if you haven't install the drivers yet?

Try here for the latest drivers from Nvidia. Go to the Drivers & download section.

Go to devices settings and make sure to turn off all other graphics cards/integrated graphics except your current one.

You should have Nvidia control panel after install and restart. There, I think you could adjust your resolution.
Good luck!

RE: Monitor resolution
Yeah I'm surprised you can even get to 1280x1024 without the drivers... try downloading and installing the drivers as van13330gg posted.

RE: Monitor resolution
I'm not sure about what resolution you could get without the drivers but I could get pictures on my display without installing the graphics drivers before. The GPU didn't work as intended though as it was slow as heck without the drivers.
