Problem is that those reference cards come and go, that MSI card used to be "discontinued" on Newegg.

In any case, I added it to the The Best Video Cards For Your Money: July 2011 and I can confirm that it is indeed a model that can be unlocked.

The problem is that there are very few reference cards still available. Apparently they caught up to people who were unlocking their cards.
