Anti-Static Braclets
I was wondering if I should go to bestbuy tomorrow and pick up one before I start building my computer. I'm wondering, how many of you in the community use them? Can you just always have a hand on your case and be just as well off?

You don't even need your hand on the case all the time. Just before you touch a component, touch something metal, the case, the power supply. If your not on carpet, its even less of an issue.

Pretty much, just touch your case every time before handling a component and you'll be just fine. I'd avoid building in an area with carpet or anything that contains a lot of static obviously.
