Amazon Deal Of The Day
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 SATA 6Gb/s 1 TB Internal Hard Drive with 32MB Cache (ST31000524AS) for $47. Link

I was wondering if it's any good or should I stay away from it?

RE: Amazon Deal Of The Day
I'd stay away from them, Seagate HDD's reliability has been pretty horrible lately, as you can see with the customer reviews. Saving a few bucks isn't worth the hassle of having to return a drive because it's defective.

I say spend the extra ~$8 and get a more reliable Samsung F3 1TB, which offers better performance anyway.
