Integrating old parts to new gaming PC

Thanks for the heads-up about the optical drive.

I'm not totally familiar with the benefits of overclocking. Is there a primer somewhere about it that you recommend? If I do decide to overclock, what power supply should I get? Is the Rosewill 650W 80plus Bronze sufficient?
