Integrating old parts to new gaming PC
Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum and although I've built a computer before, I consider myself a novice.

I'd like to integrate a few parts from my old computer to my new build. I'd like to hear any opinions/recommendations about whether it's the best plan or not. I'll be using it as a home PC and to play WOW.

Thanks in advance!

Here's the HR build:

CPU:
Tier 5-6-7: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4-3.8GHz Turbo Unlocked Multiplier 77W

Motherboard:
Tier 5-6-7: BIOSTAR TZ77XE3 Z77 SATA6Gb/s USB3.0 Better for CPU OC

RAM:
Tier 6-7: Corsair 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 1600MHz CAS 10 1.5v

Video Card:
Tier 4: Geforce GTX 660 2GB OC Dual fans
or
Tier 5: MSI GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB OC Dual-fan

Storage:
Tier 4-5: Sandisk Extreme 2.5″ 120GB SATA III SSD
or
Tier 6-7: Sandisk Extreme 2.5″ 240GB SATA III SSD

Cooling:
Tier 3-4: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 120mm CPU Cooler
or
Tier 5-6-7: NZXT Havik 140 Dual Fans CPU Cooler

Operating System:
Windows 8 64-bit (Full Version) - OEM

==================================================
I'd like to reuse:

Data Storage:
250GB SATA II 3.GB 7200RPM 8MB - Western Digital WD2500JS-00MHB0 (250GB)

Optical Drive:
Liteon 16x+- DVDRW ALL WRITE - LITE-ON DVDRW SHM-165H6S

Power Supply:
Apevia ATX-AS680W-BK APEVIA 680W Beast Power-Black

Case:
Xion II Series Gaming PC Case

Also I just saw that Newegg is offering this for $70 today only (might be overkill for the system above?):
CORSAIR TX Series CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply
