For the Radeon HD 6950, you want a 2GB edition so that it's more futureproof (demanding games already use more than 1GB and this trend will worsen as time goes by).
Motherboard: I'd get the ASRock Extreme 3 instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6813157271 It has better VRAM cooling, better PCI-Express 16x spacing, an E-SATA port and better customer ratings. 750W is way overkill for the PSU. 500W is plenty with the system stock, 600W if you overclock. Speaking of overclocking, I see that you have the i5-2500K, so I assume that you intend to overclock? If that is the case, make sure to get an after-market CPU Cooler, such as the Cooler Master Hyper 212+ Rest of the build looks good to me.
