Memory Management BSOD - mattr4569 - 01-01-2013

Hey everyone,

I've been getting random memory management BSOD's for the past few weeks. I ran Windows Memory diagnostic and it said that there was a problem with my memory. I have not run MemTest yet but I wanted to know if I should even bother, or if I should just contact the manufacturer of my memory and request new memory sticks. If anyone has any suggestions on what to do, I'd appreciate it. Also, if you need any more information from me let me know.

Assuming that you've enabled the XMP settings for your RAM in the UEFI/BIOS, this means that your RAM is defective and needs to be exchanged.

Great. Thanks Mathieu. Haven't looked at any manufacturer information yet, but do companies usually not give you much of a hassle when you let them know of defective memory and need a replacement?

Corsair usually has a great customer service, I wouldn't worry.
