Will my laptop hand Skyrim? - cpanday228 - 12-14-2011 I have a HP Envy 17 laptop I bought last year, I was wondering If I can play Skyrim and BF3 on it with no problem? Here are my specs: Processor -1.6GHz Intel Core i7 720QM Memory -6GB, 1,333MHz DDR3 Hard drive -640GB 7,200rpm Chipset -Intel PM55 Graphics -ATI Mobility Radeon HD5850 (integrated) Operating system -Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) Thanks RE: Will my laptop hand Skyrim? - ichigeki - 12-14-2011 According to this, http://www.notebookcheck.net/The-Elder-Scrolls-V-Skyrim-Benchmarks.66057.0.html and this http://www.notebookcheck.net/ATI-Mobility-Radeon-HD-5850.23069.0.html They 5850M is slightly faster than the 6770M. Skyrim is playable on the 6770M at around Medium to High graphics. Leave AA and AF off and you will probably have 30+ FPS on high with the 5850M. For BF3, http://www.notebookcheck.net/Battlefield-3.65495.0.html You are looking at maybe Low to Medium for playability. |
