Brands - GeForce GTX 560 Ti Superclocked - mekada - 09-04-2011 Hello, After reading the various guides on this website I've concluded that I want to buy the GTX 560 Ti Superclocked. The articles suggests the EVGA one, but some are cheaper (gigabyte http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125363) for the same specs (as far as I can tell). So my question is, why is EVGA being recommanded over other brands. Thanks! Also, it comes with a lifetime warranty. RE: Brands - GeForce GTX 560 Ti Superclocked - Slagathor - 09-06-2011 EVGA has a pretty cool "step-up" program as well. If you buy a card of theirs, register it, and decide you want an upgrade within 30 days, they let you send it back and give you credit towards a newer card. Also, the lifetime warranty is a definite selling point, and seeing as they are an NVIDIA-only brand, they tend to have the most reliable cards for the green team. Finally, and I've never had experience with this, their customer service is supposed to be top-notch. So the premium price might not translate directly into performance (with the exception of SC cards), but it does grant you a headache free experience with just about everything else involved in having a graphics card.
