i want to knw how much it will cost for me.
and also tell which motherboard and RAM will be best to use. eg. For overclocking...

You listed the minimum system requirements. These align in the tier1/2 range, and the recommended are in the tier 3 range.

thnx sir.. I want u to tell which upgradble motherboard and RAM will be suitble to use with Intel Q6600 Processor with overclocking, Navidia GT 9800 1GB. Graphic Card.

I think you are asking: what is the least costly system to play GTA-V?

Do you have a Q6600 CPU already? If yes, what other parts do you have?

If you do not have a Q6600 CPU or other parts and are looking for a system, there are many options, but knowing your budget will help.

As an example, A tier 1 or tier 2 system on this page will play GTA-V

Another option is finding a used system on eBay or building a system from used parts.

Also note: the minimum system on the GTA-V website lists a Q6600, but that does not mean that will be the best choice for the money.
old and obsolete hardwares are unreliable just go with the cheapest tier in this forum in the budget gaming desktops section, its not that expensive really if you could get more discount or smthing.
