Full Version: Diablo 3 Beta on older systems, Edited: 12/22/11 +GTX 460 768 Single/SLI

Finally done with school, did a quick test today. Will upload video soon. All tests are done with maximum available video options in Diablo III beta's menu at 1920x1080.

My PC: Look at Sig. I will also post SLi vs non SLi for my gtx 460s.

GTX 460 768 Single 850/1700/1900
FPS: 55-80
Very playable, unnoticeable frame rate decrease during battles.
Max GPU usage 100%
Max CPU usage 60% across cores. I suspect this to increase as you add more players and more monsters.

GTX 460 768 SLI 850/1700/1900
FPS: 95-100
Very playable, it seems even though VSync is off, Diablo II maxes out at 100 FPS. The GTX 460 768 SLI is capable of doing much more though.

Should be interesting to see how it will run on the laptops.

As for SLI vs non-SLI, I don't expect SLI to do particularly well considering that the game is in Beta.
